So this was my hair before I got it done. I had to go brown because the blue I had in it before wouldn't budge! It turned my hair a toxic green colour so brunette was my only option! I did love it, may have to go back at some point...
OK it was a lengthy process! Because the roots wouldn't take as long to dye, he started by just applying the peroxide mixture to the hair which had already been dyed.
Next up, washing my hair and cutting my hair! Whatever colour I had a year ago, didn't want to budge! So the ends were looking a bit orange at this stage! He decided to cut it now to see how much would be taken away, which luckily was quite a lot. I was a tad worried haha
Next step... applying more chemicals everywhere! Oh My GOD! 45 minutes of this on my head was making me go crazy! It was pretty painful! I was using the metal handle of the comb to itch my scalp with! You can definitely feel it working its magic! Hot, Cold, Bubbling... you name it.
I've ran out of photos! It was so quick. My hair was washed, and then a toner was used to get the blonde colour I wanted. Then a final cut and blow dry and 4 and a half hours later, we're done! I am so happy with the colouring! I'm going to pick up a toner with honey tones in to just dull it down a bit for winter.
I used my sleek palettes as always, I-candy, V1 and V2 matts and I wanted to try out my new Dainty Doll shadow in Cocabana - which is the base blue colour in this look.
I've recently dyed my hair blonde and was trying out different looks. I feel with lighter hair, I can get away with darker eye looks which is great fun! So expect to see more of them up on my blog!
Sorry the photos are wonderful! I took them quickly before work and the light wasn't fantastic! The rose gold colour creates a beautiful smokey eye without being too over powerful for a daytime look. And if you've got blue/green eyes, this will really make them pop!
So this was my outfit! My dress was so gorgeous (and the first one I tried on in the shop!) and was £65 from Lilac Rose in Cambridge. I'm quite busty so it's hard to find a good fitting dress sometimes, I was SO happy that this one gave me a waist!!! haha
I went bag hunting days before the wedding and found this one in Miss Selfridge which fitted perfectly with the colour of my accessories and the roses on my dress, and cost me around £14 in the sale! Bargain.
How cute are the table decorations! The little wedding favour bags were flower seeds which I thought was a lovely idea and worked well with the floral theme.
Whenever I'm forced to have a picture taked I seem to forget how to smile, and stand, and all those other normal things so the 'duck face' usually makes an appearance. My poor boyfriend's wondering what the hell he's going out with... OOPS almost forgot to say... I kept my makeup pretty simple, followed my everyday look (didn't have long to get ready!) which I posted about last week, here's the link incase you missed it. :) The only difference being I wore Mac's Sweet and Sour lipstick.Hey guys! Yesterday I got to go to the brand new Lush store on Oxford Street! It was absolutely amazing! They opened the doors a day early f...
