Hey guys, thought I better get back into blogging properly!
Shopping for makeup in America was just amazing! I think my boyfriend got bored very quickly of me dragging him around the shops, but I've never been into a Sephora or Ulta before. OH. MY. GOD. It's like heaven! Everything was so much cheaper too! I loved it and can't wait to go back some day!
Anyway, here's some pictures of what I picked up, I can't wait to get some looks going! And sorry about some crappy photos! It started to get dark really early and my set up space sucked!

America Nail Polish Haul! OPI, ORLY, China Glaze...
Hello!!
Sorry I've been gone away for so long! I've been in America for 2 weeks and crazy busy ever since I've been back. Im soo happy I've finally got time to start posting again! I've got lots of new things to show you, and loads of new looks coming up!
So, first off I thought I'd start with 2 haul posts. One on nail polishes and the other makeup which I purchased whilst away. I bought so much! haha I was saving for ages to get some products in America, it's so much cheaper than England!
There were so many great deals, I couldn't help myself...I love a bargain! I've quite a lot of products to fit in so I'll just post some pics! Let me know if you want to see swatches of anything!

Shall Not Be Mourned - Shiro Cosmetics Look
Hey Guys!
A friend of mine recently introduced me to Shiro Cosmetics and gave me two little samples of some of the pigments they make. I've never really used pigments before, I've always preffered eye shadows but these colours are just so beautiful! Sometimes it just has to be pigments! The main ingredient of Shiro Cosmetics Pigments are Mica which means the colour payoff is amazing and if you check out the amazing variety of colours available you'll see why it's going to be my latest addiction!
So this is my second look using the pigment Shall Not Be Mourned which is a beautiful dark gold and black colour.
To start I used ELF eye primer, then blended out Maple from Sleeks V2 Ultra Matts around my crease. I applied NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk on my eyelid and first applied Paperbag from the same Sleek palette on the outer third of my eyelid before applying Shall Not Be Mourned pigment all over my eyelid and below my lower lashes.
I used Collection 2000 felt tip liner in black to create a winged liner, and Urban Decay Liquid Liner in El Durado underneath the wing and as the wings tip. Lashes are by Eylure, Either #100 or #140. I love them both so much!
As my inner corner highlight I applied Sin from Urban Decay Naked 2 palette and finished with UD 24/7 pencil eyeliner in perversion on my waterline and Benefit They're Real on my lashes.
Both of my looks for Shiro Cosmetics have been inspired by Hallowe'en I guess! I can't wait to be spending it in America! I leave on Monday so I may be MIA from blogging for a while whilst I'm there!
What I love about these pigments the most are how versitle they are! This one in particular is lip safe and by applying them wet, they create completely different looks! I mixed them both with clear nail varnish aswell and they make super gorgeous nail varnishes! Shall Not Be Mourned comes out looking like liquid gold!

Lingering in Twilight - Shiro Cosmetics Look
Helloooo!
A friend recently told me about Shiro Cosmetics and showed me the website and I couldn't believe how beautiful the colours were! And the collections! A Hunger Games collection?! In my element...
I spotted 2 colours that I loved and my friend had both of them so she gave me little samples to try.
Here's a look featuring Lingering in Twilight from There And Back Again: A Hobbit Collection!
Lingering in Twilight is explained on the website as being 'A twilit forest: blackened blue and green tones with slightly metallic shimmer.'
I think it's one of those colours which looks amazing in person, but is quite hard to capture it on camera! It was soo glittery but it just didn't want to show!
To start this look, I use ELF eye primer as my all over eye base, and then started to create my smoky look using Naked, and Buck from Urban Decay Naked palletes in my crease, ready to smoke out my main colors. Next I took Paperbag and then Noir (from Sleek ultra matts V2) to further darken the crease, focussing on the outer half. I ran my No.7 soft kohl eyeliner in black all over my eyelid to create a cream base for my Lingering in Twilight pigment. This will give it a fantastic base colour and make it extra long lasting. (Different colour bases will create different effects with the pigment, so test some out on your hand first.) I used a matte white eyeshadow as my brow highlight and also used L I T under my eye to carry on the smoky look.
I love the reflective green and blue glitter in the shiro cosmetics pigment! It's so gorgeous! In the little sampler baggie it just looks like a very dark green, but as soon as its swatched it comes to life! Absolutely beautiful! I definitely recommend checking Shiro Cosmetics out, I was so glad my friend told me about it!

Fall / Autumn Inspired EOTD!
Hey guys! Seeming I've not done a lot of makeup looks lately, I thought I better post another! This one was inspired by all the amazing fall pictures I've been seeing on Instagram lately! I love this time of year, and I love autumnal colours, so here's a lil' look I've done, hope you like it!
One of my favourite eyeshadow colours is Maple from Sleek's Ultra Matts V2 which is the main colour for this look. To create the smoky shadow I used Paper Bag and Noir, and Pillow Talk as my highlight shade. The only colour I used which was not from this pallette was Sin from Urban Decay Naked Palette which I've used in my inner eye to brighten the look up a bit!
My lashes once again are Eylure #100's, I love them! I managed to get them from John Lewis for only £4, Bargain! Right I'm going to stop talking now and just add a few more pictures!
I hope you guys like my fall inspired look! I love being able to get away with wearing darker colours! You can never beat a simple smoky eye!
